Brossard is one of the most linguistically mixed cities in Quebec, and one of the fastest-growing on the South Shore. Its lettered sectors run from the original 1960s and 70s bungalows off Taschereau to the dense new construction around Quartier DIX30, so the garages here range from fifty-year-old slabs to floors that have never been driven on.
Whatever the age, bare concrete loses the same fight: road salt off Highway 10 and the 30, freeze-thaw, and hot summer tires. Our polyaspartic system is three times harder than epoxy, UV-stable, salt and chemical resistant, and installed in one to two days with a 5-year written warranty.

All our systems are polyaspartic-based: harder, faster to install and UV-stable, unlike traditional epoxy.

Brossard is where we most often get called about a floor that already failed, and the cause is nearly always the same: hot tire pickup. A car coming off Highway 10 or the 30 in July parks with tires near 70°C, and that heat softens any coating that was not built for it. The tire then grips harder than the coating grips the concrete, and when you reverse out it lifts a patch clean off. It is what kills most hardware-store epoxy kits within two summers. Polyaspartic does not soften at those temperatures, which is the single biggest reason it outlasts epoxy in a driveway-facing garage.
Brossard spans both ends of the range: original sector bungalows are often 200–300 sq ft singles at $2,499.99, while the newer DIX30-area builds are typically 450–550 sq ft doubles at $3,999.99.
