Boisbriand sits just across the river from Laval, with established family neighborhoods, newer developments near the Faubourg, and a strong industrial base. Its many double garages are ideal candidates for a decorative flake floor.
Winter calcium, freeze-thaw and hot tires are hard on raw concrete. Polyaspartic is three times harder than epoxy, UV-stable and stain-resistant, finished in one to two days and guaranteed five years.

All our systems are polyaspartic-based: harder, faster to install and UV-stable, unlike traditional epoxy.

Boisbriand splits between the older residential streets and the Faubourg development built on the former assembly-plant site from the late 2000s onward. In the Faubourg the slabs are modern and consistent, so the craftsmanship shows at the edges rather than the middle: where the floor meets the house door, where it stops at the garage door line, and around any step or curb. Those transitions are where a cheap job gives itself away — a coating that simply stops short, or runs up the wall unevenly. We cut the edges in deliberately and cove where it makes sense, so the floor reads as finished rather than painted.
Faubourg townhomes and semis usually have 200–300 sq ft singles at $2,499.99; the older detached streets lean toward 450–550 sq ft doubles.
