Terrebonne is one of the North Shore's largest cities, from historic Vieux-Terrebonne on the Rivière des Mille Îles to the fast-growing Lachenaie and La Plaine sectors. Whether the slab is decades old or freshly poured, polyaspartic gives it a clean, hard-wearing finish.
Between the salt tracked in each winter, freeze-thaw and spring humidity, Terrebonne concrete is tested hard. Our coating seals the slab, resists oil and calcium, and wipes clean in minutes.

All our systems are polyaspartic-based: harder, faster to install and UV-stable, unlike traditional epoxy.

Terrebonne has grown faster than almost anywhere on the North Shore, and most of what we coat here is new. Lachenaie and La Plaine are full of post-2000 builds where the slab is sound and flat but hard-trowelled to a polish — that smooth finish looks ideal and is actually the enemy of adhesion, so it has to be mechanically opened with a diamond grinder before the primer. Newer still, and the slab may not have finished curing: concrete needs roughly 28 days before it will accept a coating, and we check rather than assume.
Post-2000 Terrebonne builds are usually 450–550 sq ft doubles, which is the $3,999.99 Double package. Vieux-Terrebonne garages run smaller and older.
